Steve, who is based in the Seattle area, is the founder and a managing director of Soundview Commercial Capital. Before founding Soundview Commercial Capital in 2010, he worked in leadership positions for several major financial institutions for over 20 years, including in structured finance and investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, as Chief Credit Officer of a CMBS and construction lender, and in capital markets at Fannie Mae.
Steve has been instrumental in raising more than $10 billion in equity and debt capital throughout his career.
Today, Steve continues to work with each of Soundview’s clients directly, connecting them to capital solutions for their unique needs.
Steve earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Whitman College, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and an MS in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Mike, who is based in Oregon, has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and investments.
Mike started his career in 1998 managing several lending professionals at America One Finance before moving on to Wells Fargo. Mike closed thousands of real estate transactions, including projects of over $20 million. He also conducted speaking engagements on how to invest in real estate in San Francisco, providing lending and investment strategies for people across the United States.
In 2012, Mike started working on large commercial projects as well as multi-family, hotels, and single-family residences, where he played an integral role in raising capital.
